Would you like easy, unlimited access to your personal physician?

Welcome to The Nest!
At Mockingbird Health, we believe that healthcare should feel like home: personal, attentive, and free from rushed appointments or hidden costs.
That’s why we have built The Nest.
Through The Nest, we are able to offer Direct Primary Care — a simple membership-based model that gives you direct access to your doctor whenever you need it.
-
Direct Primary Care (DPC) removes the middlemen (insurance companies) from your relationship with your doctor.
Instead of billing insurance, you pay a flat monthly fee that covers most primary care services — no copays, no deductibles, and no surprise bills.
This allows us to provide longer visits, same or next-day appointments, and the convenience of texting your doctor when you need her.
To provide you with the highest quality of service, membership to The Nest is limited.
-
Most Primary Care Physicians in the US take care of 1,800 to 3,200 different patients.
When we bypass insurance companies, we are able to reduce the number of patients we care for.
This means we can offer you:
More Time With Your Doctor
Our visits are typically 30–60 minutes — not the insurance-covered average of 7 minutes.Just-in-Time Care
Whether is is an urgent clinic visit for stitches or a weekend phone call to address a UTI, your doctor is there when you need her most.
Affordable Monthly Pricing
Transparent, no-hassle pricing. No insurance required.
Pre-tax Savings on Membership
You may be able to pay for your membership from your Flexible Spending Account (FSA). We recommend that you confirm with your FSA plan administrator or human resources department before joining The Nest.
Whole-Family Care
We care for newborns, children, teens, and adults of all ages.
A Focus on Wellness
Our Physicians help patients manage weight, balance hormones, and build sustainable healthy habits.
These Lifestyle-Focused visits are frequently not covered by insurance plans, but in The Nest that doesn’t matter.
