Your monthly membership gives you full access to a wide range of family medicine services, including:

• Preventive care & annual physicals including basic blood work

• Chronic condition management (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, ADHD)

• Acute care for illness or minor injuries

• Weight management by a board-certified obesity medicine physician

• Women’s health including contraceptive counseling and menopause care

• Men’s health

• Pediatric care

• Mental health support and lifestyle coaching

• Virtual visits, text, or phone access to the doctor

• In-office procedures (such as labs, IV therapy, or stitches) are included or available at low cost

In addition to comprehensive primary care, Mockingbird Health also offers expanded Cbstetric Care services.

Expectant mothers in The Nest have the option to pay directly or utilize their health insurance to cover obstetrical care.

Our prenatal, birth, and postpartum care options are designed to support your growing family with the same personal, attentive approach that defines everything we do.

Direct-pay obstetrical services include:

• Routine prenatal visits

• Pregnancy and birth education during visits

• Pregnancy lab work and screening coordination

• Routine in-office ultrasound scans

• Postpartum follow-up and breastfeeding support

Monthly membership pricing is based on your team size and is as low as $89 per member per month with a 12-month commitment.
